Article 13 These Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance.<br/>The amended articles of these Regulations shall enter into force from the date of issuance, with the exception of Article 10-1 as amended and issued on 16 March 2007, which shall enter into force from 1 January 2008, the proviso to paragraph 3 of Article 8 as amended and issued on 22 August 2012, which shall enter into force from the fiscal year of 2013, and Articles 2 and 6 as amended and issued on 22 January 2026, which shall enter into force from 1 May 2026.
