Article 35

The Corporation shall make the allocations of earnings upon resolution at the shareholders' meeting. The stock dividends of the Corporation shall be distributed based on the shareholders' register on the distribution date as set forth in accordance with Paragraph 2, Article 165 of the Company Act.
