Article 32 Unless otherwise provided by law or regulation, a securities firm trading securities for its own account on the centralized securities exchange shall not give a quote for the sale of securities not held by it.<br/>A securities firm concurrently operated by a financial institution that uses its own fund and the trust fund to conduct cross-trades for its own account of the same kind of securities on the same day shall be subject to the provisions of Article 108 of the Banking Act and report such transactions to the FSC for recordation.
