Article 11
|
A "participant" of a CSDE shall be confined to the following:
- The Ministry of Finance.
- Stock exchanges.
- Over-the-counter securities exchange.
- Securities firms.
- Securities financing enterprises.
- The custodian institution consigned for custody of securities investment trust funds, fund for discretionary account consignment of investment, and funds and securities of overseas Chinese outside the territory of the Republic of China, foreign nationals, or qualified foreign investment institutions.
- Dealers of the central government bonds.
- Financial institutions.
- Insurance companies.
- Issuers of securities delivered through book-entry system.
- Other entities as approved by the FSC.
