Article 15

A CSDE shall in accordance with the FSC's requirement appropriate an indemnity reserve.
The indemnity reserve as referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be deposited and maintained in a special account, and the funds in the said account shall not be utilized in any means other than those described below:
- Bank deposit or postal saving deposit.
- Purchase of government bonds and/or financial bonds.
- Other utilization as approved by the FSC.
