Article 25

A CSDE is prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts without the prior approval of the FSC:
- Merger.
- Disposition of all or principal portion of its business.
- Providing guarantee, endorsing negotiable instruments, or providing assets as security for third parties.
- Other matters as prescribed by the FSC.
