Article 27     No director, supervisor, or employee of a CSDE shall simultaneously hold in any form any position or honorary position of a participant. Such restriction shall not apply to a participant which by virtue of its investment in the CSDE causes any of its directors, supervisors, or managerial officers to serve simultaneously as a director, supervisor or managerial officer of a CSDE.
