Article 20

An overseas compatriot who fails to make an investment in accordance with this Act before the amendment to this Act comes into force, may within one (1) year from the enforcement of this amended Act, apply to the Competent Authority for registration for the application of this amended Act to the investor’s prior investment.<br/>The procedure of registration referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Competent Authority.
