Article 3

Foreign national as referred to in this Statute shall include foreign juridical persons.<br/>The nationality of a foreign juridical person shall be determined by the law under which the foreign juridical person is incorporated.<br/>Foreign nationals making investments within the territory of the Republic of China ("ROC") under this Statute are hereinafter referred to as "investors" or the "investor."
