Article 32

Where any of the following circumstances occurs with respect to a transaction that a public company has already publicly announced and reported in accordance with the preceding article, a public report of relevant information shall be made on the information reporting website designated by the FSC within 2 days counting inclusively from the date of occurrence of the event:<br/>1. Change, termination, or rescission of a contract signed in regard to the original transaction.<br/>2. The merger, demerger, acquisition, or transfer of shares is not completed by the scheduled date set forth in the contract.<br/>3. Change to the originally publicly announced and reported information.
