Article 15-1     If an issuer applies to register its stock for TPEx trading on the Pioneer Stock Board (PSB) under the Emerging Stock Market, it shall print prominently on the front cover of the prospectus the following: "Investors please note that the Company has applied for registration as a Pioneer Stock Board (PSB) Emerging Stock company under Chapter III of the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing the Review of Emerging Stocks for Trading on the TPEx, and has relatively high operational risk. Furthermore, PSB market participant buyers are limited to qualified investors."
