Article 7

If an issuer applies for TPEx trading of its stock as an investment holding company, the section on operation of the company (supplementing the provisions of Article 19 of the Prospectus Regulations) shall additionally list the following matters:
- The issuer's operational decision-making ability.
- The issuer's management and supervision of the holding company subsidiaries.
- The operations of the holding company subsidiaries.
