A Bills Finance Company shall disclose the following financial information for the last five years:
- Condensed balance sheet and income statement (Form 15);
- Material financial ratio analysis (Form 16); and
- Significant information which may increase the understanding of financial condition, operating results, cash flows, or changing trends relating thereto (e.g., impact of change in commodity price and exchange rate).
