Article 1     For the purposes of these Directions, "exchange-traded funds" ("ETFs") refers to ETFs under Article 37 of the Regulations Governing Securities Investment Trust Funds and exchange-traded futures trust funds ("futures ETFs") under Article 10-1 of the Regulations Governing Futures Trust Funds.
