Article 39     An electronic file of the public tender offer prospectus, formatted in the manner required by the FSC, shall be transmitted to the Market Observation Post System. If any modification is made to any particular of the public tender offer, the content of the public tender offer prospectus shall be amended immediately, and the amended information shall be provided on the Market Observation Post System.
