The term "securities related entities" as used in these Regulations means:
- The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) or the Taipei Exchange (TPEx).
- The Securities and Futures Investors Protection Center.
- Other entities designated by the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC).
