Article 19     Where a securities firm acts as the liquidity provider for the ETNs it has issued, and also acts as the liquidity provider for exchange traded funds, it shall create a Chinese wall to segregate information within the organization to prevent conflict of interests, and shall not engage in any activities that may impact the fair market prices or jeopardize investors' rights and interests, and shall establish and implement an effective internal control system.
