Article 5 When a government agency or competent authority conducts a competency audit, it should include the required appendix, request the Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau to carry out the investigation, and inform the individual involved.<br/>After the Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau provides the audit results, the government agency or competent authority shall provide written notice to the affected party within three days starting the day after receipt.
