Article 6     If, after the TWSE publicly announces the suspension of trading of the securities of a listed company under any of the circumstances in the first paragraph of the preceding article, the circumstances warranting the suspension improve prior to the implementation date, a public announcement of exemption will be made, and the matter will be reported to the competent authority for recordation.
