1     To ensure quality of continuing education received by directors and supervisors, these Principles for Review and Approval of Institution in Continuing Education System are established in accordance with Article 6 of the Directions for the Implementation of Continuing Education for Directors and Supervisors of TWSE Listed and TPEx Listed Companies (the "Continuing Education Directions").
