Where necessary, the Competent Authority, Central Bank of the Republic of China, and TWSE may ask the collateral custodian, collateral provider, and collateral receiver to provide the following information, in addition to the information required under Article 23 of the Investment Regulations:
- Financing amount of offshore investment activities and related information.
- Contact information about the offshore collateral manager and related information.
- Other information as specified.
