For purpose of these Rules, offshore investment activities referred to in these Rules are limited to the following activities performed by overseas Chinese and foreign nationals outside the Republic of China:
- Transactions of offshore derivatives.
- Borrowing of offshore securities.
- Borrowing of funds in foreign currency.
