Overseas Chinese and foreign nationals who use domestic securities as collateral may only use the TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed securities allowed for margin purchase and short sale as collaterals for offshore investment activities.
Overseas Chinese and foreign national may not use domestic securities received from borrowing of securities as collaterals for offshore investment activities.
