A Disposed Issuer under the preceding two articles shall file its appeal by submitting a written statement of appeal and related documentation to the TWSE within 20 days from the day following the date of issuance of the TWSE disposition letter.
Upon accepting an appeal case, the TWSE will redeliberate the reasons for the appeal andnotify the appellant of the appeal result.
