A foreign company shall designate an agent in the Republic of China to represent the company in litigious and non-litigious matters under this Act and to serve as its responsible person under this Act in the Republic of China.<br/>The agent under the preceding paragraph shall have a domicile or residence within the territory of the Republic of China.<br/>The foreign company shall file the name, domicile or residence, and power of attorney of the agent under paragraph 1 with the Competent Authority and shall do the same in case of any change thereto. |
