Article 9     Purchase and sale of the same security by a principal during market trading hours and in after-hours fixed price trading respectively on the same trading day shall not be settled by offsetting them against each other. However, purchase during normal trading before market close and sale in after-hours fixed price trading of the same security in accordance with the Operational Rules Governing Day Trades of Securities may be settled by offsetting them against each other.
