Article 15

Where an issuer files registration to issue stocks and any of the circumstances listed below exists, the FSC may suspend the effectiveness of its registration:
- The registration statement is incomplete or the information contained therein is insufficient.
- Any one of the events prescribed under Article 5 occurs.
- The FSC deems it necessary in order to protect the public interest.
