Provide consultation to the issuing company in promoting and valuing sustainable development, and evaluate whether the said company adequately reflects in its prospectus its implementation of the sustainable development agenda in accordance with the TWSE Rules Governing the Particulars to be Recorded in Prospectuses for Initial Securities Listing Applications.
Evaluate if the issuing company has conscientiously performed self-assessment based on the various specific indexes in its corporate governance review, and if its corporate governance review self-assessment report adequately reflects its corporate governance.
