Article 8-1

In the case of a foreign issuer, after obtaining qualification from the competent authority as an issuer of call (put) warrants, the issuer shall each year provide a written report to the TWSE, with relevant documentation attached, within 3 days after receiving its credit rating from the credit rating institution, and shall do the same at any time during the intervening periods when there is a change in its credit rating.
