Government agencies must conduct their cyber security maintenance plans in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act.<br/>Government agencies submitting reports on the implementation of cyber security maintenance plans un-der Article 14 of the Act shall comply with the requirements specified in Paragraph 2 of Article 9 of the Enforcement Rules.
