Article 3 As referred to in Subparagraph 5 of Article 3 of the Act, military authorities means the Ministry of Na-tional Defense and its subordinate organs, institutions, military units, and schools. Intelligence authorities means the authorities specified in Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the Na-tional Intelligence Work Act.
