| 146 | These Rules shall take effect after having been submitted to and approved by the Competent Authority.
The amendments to these Operating Rules shall take effect from the date of their public announcement, with the exception of the amendment to Article 76, paragraph 1, subparagraph 4 announced on 20 August 2009, which shall come into force from 23 November 2009.
