   Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 43    Upon violation of these Rules by a securities firm or any of its responsible persons or employees, either the TWSE or the GTSM may take corresponding action pursuant to its rules.
Article 44    These Rules, and any amendments hereto, shall be jointly prepared by the TWSE and GTSM, and announced and implemented after submission to and final approval by the competent authority.
