Article 31
On the business day preceding book closure of the issuing company, the securities firm shall prepare a customer-by-customer title transfer list and electronic data file of the securities collateral provided by each customer (with the exception of book-entry central government bonds), and send it to the TDCC to effect title transfer with the issuer or the issuer's stock registrar and transfer agent on the customer's behalf.
