Article 62

(Restrictions on Over-the-Counter Trading)<br/>Without the approval from the Competent Authority, the trading of securities by securities brokers or dealers in an over-the-counter market, on the account of its customers, or on its own account, shall be prohibited.<br/>Regulations governing trading in the over-the-counter market referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Competent Authority.<br/>The provisions of Article 156 and 157 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the transaction referred to in paragraph 1 hereof.
