Article 8 These Standards shall be implemented from the date of issuance, except for Article 2, paragraph 2, subparagraph 3, item 1 amended and issued on 27 July 2012, which shall enter into force from fiscal 2013, and the articles amended and issued on 28 December 2023, which shall enter into force from 1 January 2024.
