Article 23 The section on important contracts shall include all technical cooperation contracts and construction contracts that are currently effective or expired in the most recent year, and all other important contracts which are likely to impact investors' rights, and shall include the parties, major content, restrictive provisions, and the commencement and expiration/termination dates of the contracts.
