12     The underwriter shall provide updated descriptions and assessments whenever necessary on subsequent events with regard to the above issues from the date of completion of its assessment report until the day before the effective date of the share listing contract. If there is any major subsequent event before the date of publication of the prospectus used for share listing, the underwriter shall also provide updated descriptions and assessments.
