3     Prior to the disposed firm's suspension of business, the TWSE may adjust the ratio of the total amount of brokered trading orders permitted relative to net funds available for use as prescribed under Article 28-1 of the Operating Rules of the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation, and shall report the same to the competent authority for reference.
