Criteria for Changing Fees:
- For "real-time stock price index information":
- One who applies for a license to use this information shall pay in advance to this Corporation a semi-yearly license fee of NT$60,000.
- Where a User which has applied for Real-Time Trading Information (other than a securities firm or futures commission merchant) directly supplies information for the use of its Subscribers, no additional fee shall be payable.
- For "delayed information":
- One who applies for a license to use this information shall pay in advance to this Corporation a semi-yearly license fee of NT$180,000.
- Where a User which has applied for Real-Time Trading Information (other than a securities firm or futures commission merchant) directly supplies information for the use of its Subscribers, no additional fee shall be payable.
- For solely transmitting the delayed information of "TAIEX", an advance payment of a yearly license fee of NT$30,000 to the TWSE is required.
- This Corporation may, depending upon future development of the stock market and the popularity of the use of information by the Subscribers, invite trading information providers to negotiate, and adjust the foregoing rates after such adjustment has been agreed.
