Article 11     The competent authority shall keep confidential all data sufficient to identify characteristics of the reporter such as name, age, and domicile or residence, and the report content, except in the event of an investigation conducted pursuant to law and regulation. However, this restriction shall not apply where the informant consents to their disclosure.
