Content 1. Full text of 13 articles adopted and issued 18 April 2006 per Order No. Financial- Supervisory-Securities-III-0950001894 of the Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan; for enforcement from the date of issuance Per 25 June 2012 Public Announcement No. Yuan-Tai-Guei-1010134960 of the Executive Yuan, the original competent authority for these Regulations, the Financial Supervisory Commission of the Executive Yuan, was changed to the Financial Supervisory Commission from 1 July 2012, and the matters for which the Competent Authority is responsible under the provisions hereof are placed under the jurisdiction of the Financial Supervisory Commission. Accordingly, the reference to the Executive Yuan Financial Supervisory Commission Directions for Encouraging Reporting of Unlawful Financial Activities in Article 6, subparagraph 2 of these Regulations is adjusted to indicate the jurisdiction of the Financial Supervisory Commission.
