Article 1 These Regulations are enacted pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 18-1 of the Trust Enterprise Act, Paragraph 4, Article 44 and Paragraph 2, Article 62 of the Securities and Exchange Act, and Paragraph 1, Article 144 and Paragraph 6, Article 146 of the Insurance Act.
