Article 1     These Guidelines are established in accordance with the proviso of Article 92, Paragraph 1 of the Operating Rules ("Operating Rules") of the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation ("TWSE") and the proviso of Article 82, Paragraph 3 of the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Securities Trading on the TPEx ("TPEx Trading Rules").
