Article 2 Government agencies shall handle their cyber security maintenance plans in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 9 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act.<br/>Government agencies that submit reports on the implementation of their cyber security maintenance plans under Article 14 of the Act shall comply with Paragraph 2, Article 9 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act.
