Article 13 The term “major cyber security incident” referred to in Paragraph 5 of Article 17, Paragraph 2 of Article 18, Paragraphs 3 and 5 of Article 24, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 25 of the Act means Level 3 and Level 4 cyber security incidents as defined in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Article 2 of the Regulations Govern-ing the Reporting, Response, and Drills of Cyber Security Incidents.
