Article 1     The Procedures are established for the execution of cases entrusted to the TWSE by the Financial Supervisory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Competent Authority) in accordance with Regulations Governing the Declaration of Acquisition of Shares in Accordance with Article 43-1, Paragraph 1 of the Securities and Exchange Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations on Acquisition of Shares”) as amended and promulgated by the 30 January 2024 Order No. Financial-Supervisory-Securities-Trading-1130380209 of the Financial Supervisory Commission, in order to handle the cases.
