Article 2     The TWSE is entrusted to handle the following types of share acquisition declaration cases in accordance with the Regulations on Acquisition of Shares and other relevant laws and regulations:
  1. Cases of initial acquisition declaration as stipulated in Articles 6 and 11 of the Regulations on Acquisition of Shares.
  2. Cases of change declaration as stipulated in Article 7 of the Regulations on Acquisition of Shares.
  3. Changes in joint acquirers of previously reported share acquisition cases.
  4. Cases of acquisition declaration by government-managed retirement and insurance funds as stipulated in Article 8 of the Regulations on Acquisition of Shares.
