| Article 43 | These Standards shall come into force from the date of issuance, with the exceptions of subparagraph 7 of Article 20 and subparagraph 6 of Article 38, as amended and issued 29 June 1998, which shall come into force from 1 January 1999, and subparagraph 6 of paragraph 1 of Article 4, as amended and issued 16 June 2009, which shall come into force from 23 November 2009. |
