Article 29     On the business day preceding book closure of the issuing company, a securities firm shall prepare a customer-by-customer title transfer list and electronic data file for the collateral and additional collateral securities provided by each customer and send it to the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation to effect the share transfer with the issuing company or its stock registrar and transfer agent on the customer's behalf.
